Our stay was brilliant from start to finish. Gavin and Nicky are brilliant hosts and the cottages are set in a beautiful location. You really don’t need to go anywhere else if you don’t want to! Everything is so well equipped and the little touches were lovely! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back – we would recommend the cottages to anyone! Thank you Gavin and Nicky.

Me and my group had a lovely stay at Gavin’s place, it was perfect for us very well located. In a tranquil secluded location, which is still easy to find as long as you follow Gavin’s helpful instructions. The games room and petting zoo were a nice touch. And our group loved the hot tub! The self check in was very convenient. For a group of 6 the house had enough space maybe a little on the cosy side but we were more than satisfied. We didn’t have access to the heating which was the only letdown. The thermostat was locked and we did make a phone call about it but the issue wasn’t resolved. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Had a lovely 2 days stay. Place was spotless, quiet and lots to do in the games room and seeing the animals.

We had an amazing stay the hosts were so friendly and welcoming with great recommendations. The apartment was perfect and great garden and hot tub! Lots of things to do, especially the alpacas and outside games.

Wonderful stay, particular hit with the kids. The activities on site are amazing and could easily spend a day on site. As a family we try and explore different places for breaks in the U.K. but we will definitely be back! Everything was spotless and beautifully presented. Great garden and hot tub, thanks so much.

Stayed 2 nights with husband and parents. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, theres plenty of activities within the airbnb including games room and the hot tub. The place was very clean. Was slightly difficult finding the airbnb as quite remote and had road closures during the days we booked but Gavin was easily reachable and helpful in guiding us.

Lovely cottage, immaculate condition. Lovely peaceful location not too far away from everywhere, would highly recommend. I may in fact revisit in the summer. Lovely and specious, lovely private garden and lots of fun activities for the children to do. Amazing alpacas and sheep love a little pet.

Lovely place, really spacious rooms, amenities adequate for a short break, towels provided were a good size unlike other places I’ve stayed.
Outside nice view from the back garden, hot tub a great addition, the games room is good for entertainment with plenty of choice and really nice thought, not many places offer this.

well what can I say just come back from new year break away. Although it was difficult holiday due to being ill. Gavin was so helpful on advice re health care in wales. The cottage was spotless through out. Would definitely recommend. I hope to return when well ❤️‍🩹. I apologise for any disturbance to other guests which was due to the level of pain I was in .

Great location if you’re looking for somewhere rural but very close to local amenities. Lovely barn conversions, a superb base for a stay (long or short) in beautiful North Wales.

We stayed here as a family with a 13 and 11 year old boys. We absolutely loved it !
The place is just beautiful and amazing views.
We enjoyed the games room and outdoor games as well as indoor games in the cottage.
The boys loved the animals on site and the hot tub was very welcoming after a long day out and about.
Great location with loads to do .
We asked the host for recommendations of things to do in advance so we could plan our trip and the recommendations didnt disapoint.
The cottage is amazing with lots of nice little touches and comes with everything you need.
We will definitely return !

The perfect place to keep kids entertained, no matter the weather. Great location near to excellent walks and pubs and short drives to local attractions… the hot tub was by far the biggest hit! Highly reccomend and will be back!

Fantastic cottage! Decorated lovely, very modern & clean. Great location, peaceful and nice views. Watching the sunset in the hot tub was lovely the kids really enjoyed it. Outdoor games area & the games room are brilliant. Had some laughs with the little one playing the games. Not to forget the cute alpacas! Overall brilliant stay, Gavin & Nicky are the perfect hosts. The on-site games room, private hot tub and the alpacas kept the kids more than entertained!

Pictures do not do this cottage justice. We had the best weekend staying here and wished we could have stayed longer. It was the epitome of peace and quiet, with gorgeous views of a field out of the bedroom window (helped by the lovely weather we had). The hot tub was perfect, the cottage just had absolutely everything we needed. Perfect for families with kids or for couples. I don’t have one recommendation or anything negative to say. Just gorgeous! So clean with a very comfy bed. Would love to visit again!

Nice cottage for a weekend away. Lots of space and nice and clean. There were people next door who were quite loud, so if you are looking for somewhere really quiet please be aware that there are air bnb guests next door who could potentially be noisy.

We came to stay for 2 nights for my birthday weekend from the time we arrived we was amazed at everything from the lovely cottage, to the views and most of all the hot tub especially at night! We stayed in number 4 it was so spacious and hot tub was a lovely size cottage was so clean and was reassured by Gavin & Nicky that they would be available throughout the day & night that we was staying for any help we needed there’s no much to do throughout the day so thank you so much gavin and Nicky for a brilliant stay will 100% be staying again

Fantastic location and the kids had a lovely time looking at the animals on your doorstep. Everything was lovely and clean.
Only suggestion is… check out time is 10am, cleaner arrived at 09:15 which made us feel slightly rushed leaving.

Great location, very clean, hot tub is amazing. The place looks deceiving on entry as at first you pull onto a farm but it’s such a lovely environment and very private.

The cottage was definitely a great getaway from the city, well equipped, such a comfy place and hot tub was definitely a bonus. I wouldnt change anything only wish had booked for long but in the future I would. I would highly recommend. Thanks again Gavin & Niicky

Lovely home, all furnishings seem new. Immaculate. In an isolated area but only a few minutes drive to the nearest town which was perfect for us. Hot tub was lovely,garden is lovely. The view is delightful. The hosts were brilliant at communicating and helped us when we had questions. Would definitely love to come back at some point!

All i can say is WOW!!! WOW! And again WOW!
Gavin and Niki certainly know how to host! The place is stunning it took my breath away when i walked in, the furniture is stunning and the decor is beautifully put together! The photos make this place look nice but they certainly dont do it any justice as when you step inside your eyes light up at just how beautiful this place really is!

I will definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely stay in Rhuddlan at Dwylig Isa Bach. The hot tub was of course the treasure in the lodge and the interior is very well decorated and all the amenities are themed. You can tell it has been thought out and well maintained.

Gavin & Nicky were very helpful, professional and polite throughout our stay.

The only criticism we really had was with some cleanliness issues. The baking trays were all covered in grease when we arrived and when we emptied the bin we could see it still had quiet a bit of rubbish left at the bottom.

I don’t think its worth the £175/night they are charging off season but… If you want a hot tub looking out over the countryside (which is an absolute treat) then this is very much the place for you. Thank you very much for a lovely stay:)

This place is absolutely stunning. Gavin and Nicky really have thought of everything. The decoration is beautiful, you have everything you need in the house, and the hottub just makes the holiday. It’s quiet and peaceful, you can relax watching the sunset whilst it bubbles away in the picturesque Welsh countryside. Amazing communication throughout the trip, and all the numbers/websites/takeaways for all the things in the area were conveniently laminated in the kitchen. Just fantastic 🖤

We had such a fantastic week staying in Cottage 4! The cottage has a lovely, homely feel to it. Really comfy beds and of course the hot tub is the cherry on the cake. Nothing beats waking up to the view from the bedroom of the Welsh hills and castles in the distance!

Locations was great and we managed to explore a lot of nearby areas during our time there. Conwy is a must!

Self check in was easy and Gavin was very helpful and always on hand if we had any questions during our stay. It was lovely to be able to bring our dog along too and the private garden was perfect for her. We’d love to visit again one day!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing breakaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life then this is the place to book. It was so peaceful, laying in the hot tub watching the sun set. Loved seeing the ducks and geese wandering by each day. The cottage has everything you’ll need. We had a great stay and found it a good location to explore North Wales.

Expect peace and quiet, fab hosts, clean sheet and a comfy bed!
The hot tub is spotless and the back of the garden is super private.
2 x fridges so plenty of space to chill your beers and wine.
Felt very safe and secure and wouldn’t hesitate to go back

absolutely perfect!! Self check in was so useful with the keysafe! We were blown away by how much bigger the cottage was compared to the photos!! It was amazing. Everything we needed was there. The bed was incredible, so comfy! The garden was lovely which backs on to fields where you can see the sunset and all the stars in the evening!! We had complete privacy with the fences especially for the hot tub which the icing on the cake!!! A really short nice drive into Rhuddlan and also to the coast, perfect location!!!
Nicky replied really quick whenever we had any questions! Would come back tomorrow!!! Thank you so much!
