Absolutely loved our last minute stay in North Wales. The accommodation was exactly as shown, the weather was beautiful so the closed off garden for our dog, hot tub was very much enjoyed. A very responsive host who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. We would love to visit again!

Me and my partner are long distance so we stay out a lot, for all the places we have stayed this has defiantly been the best value for money. It was quite big inside, so clean and the garden + hot tub was great. Gavin helped with any questions we had. Internet worked fine, perfect location. The outdoor/indoor games were really good, and the animals were so friendly! We will 100% be coming back

Excellent stay at this lovely property. Beautiful, peaceful location. We booked last minute to cancelled plans elsewhere. Gavin was very accommodating from the off and very responsive with any queries we had. Definitely recommend and no reason whatsoever that we wouldn’t book again.

Gavin’s place was perfect for our weekend get away, lovely and spacious cottage fully fitted for everything you’d need in the countryside allowed us for peace and relaxation with the town just a stones throw away.

Gavin and his wife were great, friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough to accommodate us.

Would definitely recommend and 100% stay again.

(Oh and the hot tub, couldn’t beat that in the evenings, perfect way to unwind and relax)

Great little place with a lovely games area, check in was easy and Gavin helped out immediately when I accidentally turned off the heating thermostat. The home is clean and tidy and the WiFi is good to say it’s in a remote location but the town that’s five minutes away has everything you need and there are some great areas of North Wales a short drive away.

Lovely little find, perfect for exploring!

This little cottage is lovely. Myself, my partner, 8 week old and 2 dogs decided to book for a well earned couple of nights away & we were not disappointed. Clean and perfect location. The hot tub was lovely and everything was easy to use.

Only point to note is the heating could do with being on a little more! It was chilly when the heat dropped.

Cant wait to return!

Fantastic stay with Gavin and Nicky, the cottages are like home away from home. They are well prepared and have everything you need for a short stay. The place is absolutely perfect for dogs with secure private gardens (this is also personally preferable for hot tub use) and also for families as there is an inside games room and outside games.

Some slight modernising may be required soon, but the place is in great condition and well maintained. You can really tell Gavin & Nicky take pride in their offering and haven’t “just stuck it on” AirBnB.

Great relaxing weekend away for my husband’s 40th I asked Gavin and Nicky would they be able to decorate with balloons and they happily did. The hot tub was great and we wasn’t overlooked. Loved the games room and the activities outside. It was nice to meet the alpacas and sheep. We was missing a plug for the sink and had one brought to us right away.

We had a great time at the property and really appreciated the enclosed garden with a hot tub (which feels like a rare find to have both). Our booking was super last minute but the property was totally ready for us, regardless.

Our family of three recently stayed here and loved it. The location was surrounded by beautiful fields and was easy to find via google maps. I received clear and concise instructions from the hosts and access was faultless.

The property was clean, with little clutter yet still homely.

We intended on bringing our dog, but decided against it due to our plans, but had we taken him there was plenty of space and the garden was suitably enclosed with lovely views.

The hot tub was a great touch and allowed wind down time after busy days!

We visited Rhyl in the morning which is on the doorstep, it wasn’t great but the beach kept our 19m old entertained. We also went to Llandudno which was further away, but definitely worth it as it was beautifully picturesque and plenty to see/do.

We ended the trip visiting the Welsh Mountain zoo, this was very underwhelming as 70% of the animals we didn’t see!

Wow! Just back from a last minute weekend away with my partner and an 8 month old.

From the start of the booking communication was quick, friendly and informative.

We went ahead with a last minute booking around teatime Friday evening and arrived late (11pm) however with the self check in it was a breeze; with ample parking to add.

The place was spotless, equipped with everything you need and more plus well maintained. The hot tub was amazing! Great size for the two of us. The garden had the pleasure of the sun shining through out the day, looking on to the luscious Welsh countryside. Bliss!

The outdoor activities and games room were great, an amazing addition for young kids and adults alike. The alpacas were lovely and very friendly for a little cwtch.

We would not hesitate to book again and already trying to make arrangements to return with extended family.

Nice peaceful place to stay. Only 2 minutes from A55, so really handy for getting around. Crown inn at Trelawnyd is great for food.

Gavin and Nicky’s place was beautiful, very private, peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. The games room was an added bonus. Everyone we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was a short drive away with some hidden treasures. There are plenty of local places to eat but you do need to drive as not close enough to walk. The bed was very comfy, the hot tub was amazing. Gavin came every morning to top it up and to see if we needed anything. I can’t say anything negative about our stay. We will be booking again and recommending it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at Number 1. It was modern but still had rustic authenticity. It was absolutely spotless and the bed was SUPER comfortable! The private garden and hot tub was a lovely addition to our stay and after a day sightseeing, it was nice to come back to peace and quiet. Would 100% recommend you stay here

Amazing little cottage equiped with everything you could need. The deco was high class and the bed was super comfy. The hot tub over looking the fields was exactly what we were looking for on our stay.

Very nice little unit in a row of 4. Clean, well equiped and comfortable. Thoughtful touches, like disposable slippers. It was very quiet and private, but then we were the only people there mid week in december! Watching the sun set over the hills from the hot tub was definately a highlight!

Five star experience through and through. The location is secluded and rural yet the cottage is well equipped with modern comforts and practical provisions. Lots of attention to detail and warm gestures by the hosts. This all made for an amazing weekend countryside getaway, we will be back soon!

The hot tub was amazing too so lovely and relaxing.
Also seems like the place is way out the way from everything but surprisingly everything is really close and we didn’t have to drive to places longer that 16minutes. I would recommend anyone going there for a nice relaxed time away

Beautiful little get away! It was perfect for a few days of peace and quiet. A very clean, cozy place with everything you may need from the hot tub to a fully equipped kitchen for a lovely meal in. The hosts kept very good communication from booking to check out. There is a Sainsbury’s just 10 mins down the road and would recommend the Dinorben Arms for a meal out! Overall lovely stay :)
